Lashes 101: Choosing, Wearing and Removing Your Lashes
Lashes are the finishing touch that makes a look feel finished. They're included with The Night Out Look and The Exclusive Duo, and I pick them for your eye shape, your look and how long you'll be wearing them.
Finding your lash style
- Natural and wispy: adds lift and depth for soft glam. People will think they're yours.
- Fluttery: fuller through the outer corners to open and lift the eyes.
- Dramatic: full volume for stage, flash photos and full glam.
Not sure? Save a close-up photo of lashes you love in your inspo and we'll match it.
If you have lash extensions
You're welcome to wear them. Just let me know before your appointment so I can plan your lash look, and don't remove them yourself right before.
Lash lifts and tints
Get your lash lift or tint 3 to 7 days before your appointment so your lashes have settled. Don't schedule them the day before.
Contacts and sensitive eyes
- Wear your contact lenses to your appointment if you plan to wear them that day.
- If you've ever reacted to lash glue or have sensitive eyes, tell me on your glam details form.
Taking them off
- Soften the glue first with a makeup remover or cleansing balm on a cotton pad.
- Peel slowly from the outer corner inward. Never pull them off fast; it can take your natural lashes with it.
- Remove any leftover glue gently, then cleanse.
