On-Location Services
Bring the luxury beauty experience to you. Whether you're getting ready at home, a hotel, or your venue, submit a travel inquiry to receive a personalized quote for on-location makeup services.
These protect your time and mine. By booking, you agree to the policies below.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your total. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and your intake form is complete.
Payment
The balance is due at your appointment. I accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. Gratuity is appreciated, never expected.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit transfers. Changes with less notice, or a second reschedule, need a new deposit.
Cancellations
Cancel with 48+ hours' notice and your deposit becomes a credit, good for 60 days. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Lateness & no-shows
There's a 15-minute grace period. After that your service may be shortened, and a $25 late fee applies ($75 for on-location and bridal). At 30+ minutes late it's treated as a no-show: the deposit is forfeited and future bookings need full prepayment.
Guests
The studio is a calm, focused space. You're welcome to bring one guest. No children unless they're being serviced.
Before you arrive
Come with a clean, moisturized face (no makeup or heavy SPF). Bring inspo photos and a photo of your outfit. Let me know about lash extensions, and have your hair done or clipped back.
On-location, early & holiday
On-location starts at a $200 travel fee plus parking and tolls, with a 2-hour minimum. Appointments before 8 AM have a $75 early-start fee, and holidays have a $250 fee.

My main studio is in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. All appointments are held at this location unless otherwise specified. If travel is required, those arrangements NEED to be communicated directly with me before the time of booking.

Yes! I offer on-site services throughout Rhode Island and beyond, including New York, Boston, and LA. Travel fees WILL apply no matter on the location.

Yes, I offer consultation calls to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and ensure we're the right fit for your needs. During the call, we'll review your event, preferred makeup style, and any special requests. It’s a great way to get personalized advice and feel confident before booking your session. You can easily schedule a consultation to make sure everything is tailored to your expectations

I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for special events and weddings, as my schedule fills up quickly. For regular appointments, 2-3 weeks is ideal.
