My main studio is in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. All appointments are held at this location unless otherwise specified. If travel is required, those arrangements will be communicated directly with you at the time of booking.

Yes! I offer on-site services throughout Rhode Island and beyond, including New York, Boston, and LA. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

Yes, I offer consultation calls to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and ensure we're the right fit for your needs. During the call, we'll review your event, preferred makeup style, and any special requests. It’s a great way to get personalized advice and feel confident before booking your session. You can easily schedule a consultation to make sure everything is tailored to your expectations

I recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for special events and weddings, as my schedule fills up quickly. For regular appointments, 2-3 weeks is ideal.

Booking Policies

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and will be applied to your total balance.
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment and can be paid via Zelle, Apple Pay, exact cash, or credit/debit card (studio appointments only).
All deposits and services are non-refundable unless I cancel the appointment. If you experience any issues, please contact me immediately so we can resolve them.

Studio appointments are for the booked client only.
No extra guests are allowed, except for minors or disabled persons who may have one guest accompanying them (please notify me in advance).

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up and fail to communicate will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. Future bookings will be restricted until the payment is received.
Lateness
A 20-minute grace period is provided. After 20 minutes, a $25 late fee will be charged, and the appointment may be canceled.

SAME DAY Cancellations
Canceling within 24 hours or less will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance.
This balance must be paid before booking future appointments.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling within 48 hours or less of the appointment will incur a $25 fee due at the time of rescheduling.
Rescheduling to a date 30+ days away requires a new deposit. A second reschedule will also require a new deposit.

When Do Bookings Open?
Bookings for Perla Marina Beauty open on the first day of each month for the following month. This ensures that you can plan your appointment well in advance for any events, parties, or special occasions.
What If the Date or Time I Need Isn’t Available?
If the date or time you’re looking for isn’t showing as available, don’t worry! While my calendar reflects most of my current availability, there may be room for adjustments. Please feel free to contact me directly to confirm whether I can accommodate your request.

Can I Pre-Book for Future Months?
If you’re planning for a major event or have a specific date in mind for future months, reach out to me directly. While bookings officially open monthly, I’m happy to discuss securing your date in advance for larger events like weddings or group sessions.
What Should I Do If I Need a Last-Minute Appointment?
For appointments scheduled within 36 hours, please contact me directly to confirm availability.
